If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your package. S&P charges are non-refundable.

All returned items must be in pristine condition and original packaging. If there are any quality issues with your item, please let us know immediately before returning. 

Luxe EQ travels across the country. To insure that your return in received in a timely manner, please contact us for the best ship to address. Contact us here megan@luxe-eq.com 512-673-0149 for a Return Authorization number (RA#) and a ship to address

Please note, the cost to ship an item for return / exchange is the customer's responsibility Free Shipping is provided by Luxe EQ for Exchanged Items only. Returned items will be refunded less the original shipping cost   

Please Note: Sale items are considered final sale.

clearance items are often displayed outside at horse shows, and consequently,  sometimes become slightly dusty or dirty. If you would like specific pictures of the item you are interested please email  megan@luxe-EQ.com before ordering.
